TuohetisayipuTuersuntuoheti, full time Ph.D. student of Processing and storage of agricultural products in School of Food and Chemical Engineering, Beijing Technology and Business University of China. She was awarded Bachelor and Master Degree in Chemistry from Southwest University of China. Her research project is about preservation of fresh Qingke barley noodles and antioxidant properties of fresh Qingke barley noodles.
