Sandy finished her master degree in clinical medicines college of Yangzhou University, China in 2017. Her previous study mainly focused on the development of traditional Chinese medicine for treating T2DM. Now she is doing the second year of her PhD at the Lincoln University, New Zealand, under the supervision of Prof. Charles, Brennan and is investigating into the food combination for our human nutrition and health.

"Food Combination for Fighting Human Metabolic Disease"
The presentation will give an overview about the utilization of super food in preventing and treating metabolic diseases. The aim of the study is to develop a novel food product with promoted health functions, which could be beneficial for every individual suffering from obesity and T2DM.
