Bin Xiao Fu
Dr. Bin Xiao Fu is a senior research scientist on wheat quality at the Grain Research Laboratory (GRL) of Canadian Grain Commission (CGC). He manages Bread and Durum Wheat Research program at GRL to provide scientific support for ensuring Canadian wheat quality. Before joining CGC in 2009, he was the Head of Noodles and Asian Products Technology at the Canadian International Grains Institute for over 10 years. Dr. Fu received his PhD in Cereal Chemistry from The University of Manitoba in 1996 followed with one year postdoc research at Cereal Research Centre, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Dr. Bin Xiao Fu is also an adjunct professor, Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences, The University of Manitoba.
